1.Introduction of sawdust drum dryer
Sawdust drum dryer is professionally designed for drying different kinds of wood sawdust. Sawdust
drum dryer has advantages of low cost, low consumption, high capacity, easy operation and maintainace, etc.
In addition, the round places of pipes can be changed to any angle which can save space and solve plant
dimension limitation.
2.usage of sawdust drum dryer
Sawdust drum dryer is widely used for Straw fuel briquette, Charcoal powder, wood pellet fuel, sawdust
briquette, agricultural engineering and other industries, such as corn stalks drying , soybean straw
drying, cotton stalks drying, wheat straw drying, drying sorghum stalks, wood drying, wood shavings
drying, sawdust drying, ginkgo leaves drying, mulberry leaves drying, other agricultural fibers materials drying.
3.Main features of sawdust drum dryer
[1] Highly mechanized, huge production capacity and continuous operation production ability.
[2] Simple and good structure, easy to operate.
[3] The system has a good sealing.
[4] Our sawdust dryer is designed with the best working conditions, which enables it to save 10- 15% of energy and increase 10-15% of productivity compared with common sawdust dryer.
[5] It can be used to dry the material with a moisture content below 55% to a final moisture content below 12%.
[6] The equipment uses downstream drying process, especially suitable for fast drying the humidity materials.
4.Working principle of sawdust drum dryer
[1] The raising plate of sawdust dryer which is arranged reasonably with changeable angles in
order to throw moisture materials into the rotary cylinder.
[2] Then water will be separated from the materials by sawdust dryer hot
air-flow and changed into vapour to be discharged into the atmosphere.
[3] The sawdust dryer will output dried sawdust at discharge port.
