The description of sawdust drier
Sawdust drier is applicable for drying big particles,heavy particles in chemical,mining and metallurgy,such as mining area,blast furnace,coal,powder of metal,phosphate fertilizer.
Sawdust drier is widely used in the processing of drying wood shavings,sawdust,pasture,alcohol draff,vinasse,,marigold,cassava dregs,ginkgo leaves, alfalfa meal,Chinese herbal medicine raw materials,straw powder and other materials.

The main structure of the sawdust drier
The sawdust drier consists of cyclinder,feed port,hopper,roller ring,big gear,small gear,reducer,adjustable motor,steering plate,heating stove,induced draft fan,carrier roller,cyclone,roller base,discharge port and other conponents.

Working principle of the sawdust drier
1.The wet materials enters into hopper by the belt conveyor through feed pipe into the sawdust drier cyclinder.
2.The wet materials flows smoothly into the sawdust drier cylinder because of the gradient.
3.Under the high temperature from the heating stove and the effect of the steering plate and the rotation of the cylinder,the materials can be dried well in the cyclinder of the sawdust drier.
4.After the drying process,the dried materials come out from discharge port of the sawdust drier.
5.The cyclone catchs a slight of oddments,and the induced draft fan makes the materials cool and discharges the hot air.
