Working principles of palm fiber making machine:
Palm Fiber Making Machine is used to extract fiber from material like oil palm, palm and coconut shell which contains lots of fiber. The fiber is used to make mattress, shoe-pad, seat cushion etc.
There are mainly two types: sigle drum and double drum type. The single drum type fiber extracting machine is suitable for almost all the palm material, the double drum type is suitable for the mateial which requires high quality fiber or dry coconut shell.
Main Features of palm fiber making machine:
1. According to the machine’s structure, open silk machine commonly has monocular (single drum) and binocular (double drum). The first one is suitable for a large variety of palm materials, the latter one is suitable for the requirements of dry coconut or the demanding users.
2. Open silk machine mainly uses in the Southeast Asia countries, such as Philippines, Pakistan, Singapore etc. As for the machine, there are two types: one is on the electric and the other is on the diesel.
3. Generally speaking, if the machine is on the electric, the single drum only needs one 55KW motor while the double drum needs one 55KW with another 37KW motors. The diesel one only matches the single drum type where somewhere the electric power is inconvenient.
