PROCESS
This air classifiers series IMC, has been developed especially for ultra fine cut points.
With the IMC series we extended our program of the ITC—series.
The main point of its development was to achieve a high fineness of the end product.
A good sharpness, high efficiency and low specific energy consumption with highest fines output were the guideline for this target.
We could achieve these criteria by optimizing the dynamic of air flow, the material resistance and the multi-wheel concept.
With this series we can offer an air classifier to meet even the most exciting product requirements.
The classifying wheel of the series IMC is especially developed for highest strength during production.
The wheel is placed in a horizontal position. The rotor and the drive are designed as a complete module.
Also a wear protected wheel can be supplied.
