Description of hot air dryer:
Air flow drying system makes the dried material suspended therein by using the high speed hot air flow. It uses the varying diameters of branch segments of pulse tube and continual change of air flow speed to constantly thrash the material for drying. Thus,it gas a high heat conduction coeffieient and can continuously dry a large amount of material. The drying time only needs approx. 3-5 second, and the temperature of dried material will not exceed 60 .
The drier can be widely used for drying the powdery,laminar and thermosensitive material. It is specially suitable for drying the starch,albumen powder made from the raw materials such as corn,potato etc. and drying the granular and spony materials in food,chemical products,medicine and agriculturally by-product etc.
Raw materials:
maize stalks, soybean stalks, broomcorn stalks, cotton stalks, rape stalks, peanut plants, sunflower stalks, bamboo saw dust, bagasse, wood chips, rice husk, coffee husk,coir pith, jute sticks, groundnut shells, Bamboo , wood , strawdust, Mustard stalk and cotton stalks .etc.
Structure and work principle:
1) Air Flow Pipe Dryer is equipped one fuel boiler,inlet,steel pipe,exhaust blower(fan),cyclone.
2) First, the wet materials are put into the hopper.Then the fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are expelled out by the exhaust blower (fan).
3) Air Flow Pipe Dryer reduces the moisture to 8- 12% with the advantages of lower cost consumption and high efficiency.

Pipe dryer ---Specification
1.The raw material used must have a suitable and consistent moisture content around 15%.
2.The HG series come in 3 models, with various features and productivities. Each model features a hot air stove, feeding hopper, buffer cylinders, fan and cyclone separator.
3.As the raw material particles are suspended in the hot air stream, the heat transfer between the hot air and particle is rapid. This ensures efficient moisture removal, even with a short transfer time of 3-5 seconds.
4.Once the moist hot air and particles reach the cyclone separator, the particles leave the through the base and moist hot air leaves through the top of the cyclone.
5.The buffer cylinders are to increase particle resonance time in the hot air stream.
