Process:
ITC air classifier is designed for fine classification in the range of 5~150μ.
This type of classifier belongs to the family of turbo classifier.
The classifier ITC is a so-called deflecting wheel separator.
The feed material is transported “airborne” by the primary air into the classifying chamber.
The secondary air, entering the classifier chamber via a ring of guide vanes, has to disperse agglomerates.
Mainly the classifier is integrated in a grinding-classifying circuit.
For this application a high feed rate with a good yield is assured.
The materials of construction are selected for highest strength during production.
The wheel is placed in a vertical position to get a good dispersion of the feed product.
The machines of the series ITC can be protected against wear.

Special designed for coarse final product with higher capacity. Secondary air design improves the classifying efficiency.

Higher Flexible Design
According to customers' workshop height, the motor driven way can be direct or belt. Inlet also can from top or from bottom.

herbicides, fungicides, pesticides and wettability powder, mildew antibacterial agent, pyrazole insect flies, organism amidine, carbendazim, clotrimazole, probenazole, etc
6.Battery material:
cobalt acid lithium, manganese acid lithium, lithium iron phosphate, nickel and cobalt acid lithium cobalt, nickel manganese acid lithium
7.Super hard material:
silicon carbide (black, green), boron carbide, diamond, white corundum, zircon sand, zirconia, rare earth polishing materials, tungsten carbide,
8.Metal powder:
