QT5-15 Block Machine For Making Different Blocks(CE)
Introductions:
QT5-15 block machine adopts the PLC control, computer interface operation, can realize the random signal analysis, fault diagnosis and a variety of raw material parameter setting. Storage hopper and the feed hopper is divided into and quantitative feeding, effective control of the concrete material in advance of liquefaction, reduce charging time.
Rake system using multiple rows of stirring fork, die box can be fast swinging back and forth, will rapid material full of mould box. Hydraulic components all use the Taiwan North machine elements, effective to ensure mechanical long-term reliability and stability, reduce the failure rate of repair.
