SDB chain bucket conveyor is suitable for conveying sharp, strong corrosiveness or high temperature (≤250℃) lumpish & grained materials. During producing cement, clinker from rotary kiln will be generally conveyed into clinker silo for storage through cooling to eliminate unequilibrium of production and effect on clinker temperature, components and changing. Cement clinker has stronger corrosiveness; Even if clinker is cooled, perhaps its temperature is still higher; so chain bucket conveyor is adopted for feeding clinker into the silo (including material distribution among silo top of multi clinker silos). In general, conveying inclination of chain bucket conveyor isn’t more than 60°and economic inclination is 45° |
