2. Working Principle Motor drives rotor to rotate through belt, then the rotation of rotor drives hammerhead to rotate at high speed, so that materials in crushing section can be crushed by impact. Then the crushed materials are brought to impact section at high speed to be crushed again. In this way, the materials are discharged from lower part of machine when their size is less than the clearance between hammerhead and impact plate by repeated impact.
3. Performance and Advantage of Reversible Hammer Crusher Its feature is no grate. The rotor can reverse. The working side of hammerhead will be worn after a period time of operation in one certain direction. At this time, rotor can be reversed to rotate and make the other side of hammerhead work.
4. Main Applications For crushing medium-hardness brittle materials, such as coking coal, small pieces of limestone, gypsum, alum, brick, tile and so on.
