Industrial ozone generators
Ozone output: 50G/Hr, 100G/Hr ,150G/Hr and 500G/Hr
Ozone concentration: between 58Mg/L to 98Mg/L
Features:
·Ozone output could be regulated based customer’s demand.
·Ozone generator is water cooled type unit, cooling water will take away the heat which released by ozone tubes. Clean cooling water could be recycled and be cooling down by outside process.
·All-in-one structure. All feed gas treatment devices are installed inside: Refrigerant air dryer, oil free air compressor, condenser, PSA oxygen generation system, ozone tubes with special power supply and other accessories are installed in one cabinet.
·Power control device use with over current, over voltage, water protection device, for ensuring ozone machine running safety.
Control system:
Ozone output adjuster, Voltmeter, Ampmeter, Timer, Cooling water temperature indicator, Ozone Ampmeter, On/Off, Emergency stop, Working LED, Power LED, Alarm
Functions:
·Laboratory: chemical oxidation for raw material of flavors and fragrances, small water treatment experiment
·Beverage process industry: such as pure water, spring water and any other water sterilization and disinfection
·Fruits & vegetables process industry: such us keep fresh, storage etc

1. If use it for air purify, please close door and windows, you just set working time and you can walk away after you coming back will get fresh air.
2. If use it for water purify, please put ozone mchine higher than water for preventing water into machine or you can use with check valve.
