1. Product Description / Application

 

 

Brass Union Manifold for heating,with Red-bronze color always used in  under floor heating system.

 

For distribution and regulation of the volume of the various heating circuits in low temperature heating and cooling systems (e.g. floor or wall heating).

 

 

-      Manifold is made up of the precision matched components with flat-seal connections

 

-       Volume control carries out using a square venting key on the control valve

 

-       Adjusted flow can be read off directly by the flow meter with integrated shut-off device

<1>main bars.
With strong three-dimensional sense on the main bar ,and remarkable in comparison with ordinary products .

<2> o-rings.
2 0-rings +PTFE Packing. Even if the two O-rings has been damaged all, the leakage will stop immediately after tighten the locking cap, thereby greatly reducing  the inconveniences to the users during the heating time.

 
<3>Seal seat.

PTFE shut off seat can shut tight.

 

<4>Branches.
The main bar and branch have been integrated with  excellent  leak-proof  technology and  stability , which can guarantee no connection points, thus completely solve quality problems due to improper production and construction. 

 

<5>Handle wheel
Plug –Hand wheel ---Pull up the hand wheel and remove it when leakage .More convenience for facilitate maintenance.

  <6 > Connections
The connections  of floor heating pipe are  union structure .All types of pipes are interchangeable for style 1216,1620,20*2.3 ,which increase the versatility character of the pipes.

 <7> Exhaust valves 

Union structure for vent and body . Less leakage , safe use .  Precise positioning with lock- cap structure.
