Our company has owned a set of coplete quality control system,for each working procedure from raw materials to finished product were run under 28 tests to ensure stable quality. In recent years,our conpany has invested more than 260 milion in building the modern physical and chemical laboratories,and purchasing the test and inspection equipment, eg the omnipoten tensile testing machine, ultrasonic thickness gauge, intelligent analyzer of three ele-ments,metallurgical microscope, high-temperature furnace, Brinell hard-meter instrumentand Luo hardness instrument,carbon-sulfur measure analyzer,etc. The well-provided testing equipment has ensured that the product quality meets standard requirements.

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are a professional valve factory Located In Hebei, China.
Q: What's Execution Standard of products?
A: ISO,ANSI,AWWA,API,DIN,BS,JIS,EN,GOST,AS standard.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 15 days if the goods are in stock. It is 25-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, Welcome sample order to test and check the quality of products. The sample amount is less than $100, the product cost is free, and the customer needs to pay the express delivery fee. If the sample amount is higher than $100, and the sample cost and express delivery fee need to be negotiated by both parties.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 30% T/T in advance ,70% balance before shipment or see copy of bill of lading.
Q: Can you OEM or ODM?
A:Yes, we have a strong research & development team. The products can be made according to your request.
Q: Can you provide the relevant documentation and certificate?
A:Yes, We can provide the international certificates and relevant chemical analysis, mechanical properties, pressure test reports according to the customers need.

A: We accept EXW,FOB,CIF etc.

A: warranty time : 12 months from the shipment ; and we will be responsible for all the quality problems. We will provide process guidance services, replacement parts, on-site guidance and maintenance services. (both parties shall negotiate the relevant expenses)
