Introduction&application area:
XFD series Single cell laboratory flotation machine is mostly used in geology, metallurgy, building materials, chemical and other industrial laboratory to floated small amount of ore samples.
The XFD series single cell lab flotation machine have THREE TYPES: XFDI, XFDII, XFDIII. the features of each type as below:
XFDI: the ordinary simple type, the impeller rotary speed can not be adjustable, and without LED display screen, without heater device, can not control temperature of the minerals.
XFDII: it is the updated version of XFD I, the impeller rotary speed can be adjustable as your needs, but with LED display screen, without heater device, can not control temperature of the minerals.
XFDIII: It is the highest grade type. It uses inverter technology, variable speed impeller, digital display, and also change from the outside air to intake inflated with precise adjusted, clear and stable display.
According to user needs, it can be equipped with a heater, temperature control device to control, display tank mine fluid temperature at any time.
The machine can be equipped with additional water level automatically adjusts automatically administration and other devices, can achieve a higher level of automation.
Gas of pump tank supply to the rotor agitation, and mix with ore fluid, the stator is cut to produce tiny bubbles mineralization
Rotor speed is stepless and can be adjusted by inverter.
Fixed flotation tank fasten by hand wheel drive screw clamp.
Shaving foam body, its trajectory is a circular motion.

( 1 ) base ( 2 ) the carrier ( 3 ) the tank ( 4 ) stir part (5) blade part ( 6 ) spindle part ( 7 ) the cover ( 8 ) the motor ( 9 ) flow meter ( 10 ) switch controls ( 11 ) blade switch
XFDIII main structure: frame member, spindle transmission parts, locking parts, wiper parts, flotation tank, outside the inflatable devices and electrical control components.
