1.Application of Vibrating Dewatering Screen Machine
Vibrating Dewatering Screen Machine is widely used in coal preparation, mineral processing, building materials, construction,
electricity and chemical industry products classification purpose,dehydration, tailings recovery.
Vibrating Dewatering Screen Machine has the vibration motor with the same performance parameters as excitation source,
when two sets of vibration motor in the same angular velocity do reverse operation, the inertial force produced by an
eccentric block in a particular aspect torepeated stack or offset, so as to produce a great shock, driving the screen box
along the straight line track to do periodic reciprocating motion, make the materials on screen mesh from input to
output to do gradually vibrate, during the vibrating process the part less than the screen hole (water) through the sieve
hole falls, the rest from the output falls, so as to achieve the purpose of classification, dehydration.
2.Vibrating Dewatering Screen Machine features
1.The vibration motor is vibration source, adjustable amplitudes, simple, reliable and convenient maintenance.
2.Equipped with high wear-resisting and anti blocking polyurethane screen, based on years of product design professional knowledge,
modular degree is high, it is easy to change. You can free downtime and loss of lost productivity, which can reduce
the operation cost.
3.Adopting 45 degrees standard anticline feeding area design, and using the centrifugal force to have a auxiliary
dehydration, can improve the dehydration effects and it is more convenient to transport dehydrated materials.
4.It can adjust the screen angle quickly, so that adjust production processes subtly, and realize the maximization
of the production and efficiency.
5.Side plate and reinforcing plate, the connection between steel beam, all adopt the special high strength ring
groove rivets to rivet, resistance shear strength is high, anti vibration, never moves rivet, to avoid the side plate
cracking accidents caused by the welding defects.
6.Low alloy structure steel made by (Q345C), can make the equipment in -40 °C cold region-still can ensure the overall rigidity.
