LIPU Wet Type Raw Material Grinding Tube Mill

 

The   tube mill for cement production line is mainly used for raw materials and finished products of cement grinding, also used in metallurgy, chemical, electric power, industrial and mining enterprises grinding all kinds of ores and other grinding material. It can be used for open flow grinding, also suitable for close-circuit grinding composed with classifier.

We make significant improvement to the traditional ball mill, besides all advantages of open flow mill, compared with the same specification of ball mill, the mill has the large scale production, and fine powder, and the specific surface area increases. We provide a new type of grinding equipment for the production of high yield, high fine,high standard cement.
The tube mill has adopted special integrate bulkhead and discharge grate to adjust material levels of every chamber so as to increase air ventilation and improve conditions inside; Also used the new liners, adjusted the rotating speed of the grinding machine, the optimization gear design and location of the lubrication parameters, it increases the mill operation stability and service life, and the grinding efficiency increases.
