If their engineer has the basic knowledge of Coreldraw/AutoCAD/Photoshop, the training will be going more smoothly, and it will only take three days .
2. In the training , we will teach them the general operation rule, maintenance method, and the solution of the general problems of the machines .
3. During the working process of the laser machine in customer side, if there is any very difficult problems which the customers don't know how to solve, we will provide the corresponding solution to customers via telephone or internet (such as e-mail, MSN , Skype) .
