Brief Introduction
R-381-1 epoxy potting resin is made from epoxy resin, hardener and filler presented in two-component form. R-381-1 is heating type product and it’s heat-resistant grade is B. It has gained UL certification (E229550) and UL insulation system certification (E242776).
Features
Good manufacturability and insulation property, low shrinkage, shining appearance of condensate and excellent crack resistance.
Application/Use
Embedding, casting and potting for electronic components, motor and apparatus coils. For example: small transformer and instrument transformer coils, capacitor, ignition coils of autocycle and auto etc.
R-381-1 cured resin is blue, and we can provide red, black or other colors according to customers’ needs.

How to use
- Mix part A and part B with a proportion of 4/1 by weight at room temperature.
- Embedding
- Baking: cure at 80-100°C for 4 hours.
