Solvent Based Thermoplastic TPU Adhesive for Fabric and Garment Application
Product introduction
Solvent based TPU adhesives have very wide applications. They are mainly used in Shoe Industry, Textile Industry and others.
Processing
It can be processed by casting, injection molding, extrusion and blowing film, and can also be dissolved by solvent.
Solvent based PU adhesive should be dissolved by Solvent. The formulation we generally suggested is one-third (1/3) each of MEK, Acetone and Toluene. In general, it depends on the customer's requirement. If you require the faster volatility, you can use more Actone. If you would like to reduce the cost by Toluene, the Max. Toluene in Solvent is 30% ~ 35%. If the Toluene is not allowed, you can use EAC instead. As to the actual formulation, it should be adopted according to the characteristics of solvent and every customer's needs.

Package and Storage
25kg each bag and 40 bags each pallet, total 1000 kg/pallet.
This product is non-dangerous goods, according to the general chemical storage and transportation,should be stored in a cool and dry place.
