Brief Introduction
R-381-2 flexible encapsulating resin is made from epoxy resin and hardener etc., presents in two-component form. R-381-2 cures at room temperature, and its heat-resistant grade is B. It has gained UL certification (E229550) and complied with the RoHS requirement.
R-381-2 resin part is black, and we could provide colors like red and other colors as customers’ need.
Features
Good manufacturability and insulation property, low viscosity, good bonding strength, shining appearance of condensate and excellent crack resistance.
Application/Use
It is suitable for encapsulating of electronic components, such as electronic circuit board, LED light, small transformer, ignition coils and so on.

How to use
- Mix component A and B with a proportion of 100/50 by weight at room temperature.
- Embedding
- Cure at 23°C for 12 hours or bake under 40°C-60°C for 4h.
Package and Storage
Component A is 20kg/drum packed with iron drum, while component B is packed separately with plastic drum.
Original package can be stored for 6 months in dry and cool room at 25°C.
