R-382-1 Polyurethane Encapsulating Resin
Brief Introduction
R-382-1 polyurethane encapsulating resin is made from polyether, hardener and filler presented in two-component form. The heat-resistant grade of R-382-1 is B. Correspond with UL approval standards. (E229550).
Features
Good manufacturability, shining solid, excellent crack resistance, good waterproof and moisture resistance property, low shrinkage, good insulation property and flame-retardant efficiency.
Application/Use
It is suitable for the casting of motor coils and encapsulating of electronic components, for example, it is fit for computer control panel, transformer, control source, ignite controller, mutual inductor coils, ignite coils of autocycle and auto, brake and so on. This product can be cured at room temperature or under bake. It also have good fluidity after part A and part B mixed together.
