This Double Unit Ultrasonic Distance Meter is an ideal tool for real estate agents or building industry professionals to provide Quick measurement of Distance, Area and Volume. The tool can widely measure distances in a straight line from 0.5 to 60 m (1.64 to 197 feet).
This meter transmit Ultrasonic Waves to a target point and measure the time taken by the waves to reflect and then calculates the Distance. Compared with traditional distance meter, this Professional Distance Meter can transmit signals to the "Target Unit" and receive sound waves back from the "Target" in the "dual unit mode" when measuring from 1 ~ 60 m (3.28 ~ 197 feet).
The LCD has Backlight and you can aim the object with Laser Pointer. This advanced instrument has "Temperature Compensation" for greater accuracy because temperature will affect speed of sound. It is also featured with measuring sensitivity adjustment for different measuring purposes, switchable between metre (m) or feet (ft), Temperature measurement (ºC or ºF), 5 groups of memory storage and Calculation of Area and Volume.
