Introduction of gypsum plaster board production line:

1. Production capacity: 2 million m2/y ~ 50 million m2/y   ( for the 9.5mm thick board)

2. Raw materials: gypsum powder / plaster, shielding paper, modified starch, foaming agent, glue

3. Standard and specification of the production:

1) The product refer to GB/T9775-2008;

2) Product specification:

Length: 2400-3600mm (changeable to the requirement )

Width: 1200mm, 1220mm or 1250mm

Thickness: 8mm-15mm

Hemi-hydrate gypsum power: 6.8kg/m2

Facing and backing paper: 0.48kg/m2
