Product Description

 

 

Fluid bed dryer utilizes hot air flow to make the material suspended into fluidized state and be heated quickly, after evaporation. the water will be discharged together with the air flow.The drying speed is very fast ,and the temperture during the drying process can be strictly controlled,

which guarantees the quality of the productions after being dries.

 

For big granules or lumpish materails, it can be dealt with the horizontally stirring knife, so that it can be dried quickly, meanwhile, the agglomeration state can be avioded. The dreyes works under the sealed negative pressure, the interior surface of it is very smooth; there is no dead conrner in it, which is convenient to be washed and cleaned.
