This machine suitable for slitting and rewinding PVC, PET, EVA, sticker, and many other adhesive and non-adhesive tapes etc..
Ⅱ.FEATURES
Operating interface is designed with the LCD touch screen, which offers easy and simple operation.
Adopted 5.5kw speed reducer motor, frequency conversion stepless speed regulation and 5kg/10kg/20kg unloading magnetic brake for choosing, it can provides extremely smooth rewinding operations and gives accurate rewinding length.
Razor and circular blades for option suitable for slitting different materials.
The air shaft is controlled by 10kgmagnetic clutch. With pneumatic, hydraulic and serve motor (three kinds of rewinding devices) for choosing, the quality of the product can be improved.
The main advantage comparing with normal machine is the separated tailstock matched with EPC automatic alignment. The electronic eye for choosing makes the finish rolls in perfect shape.

Regarding the technical data sheet, we can do design as customer. Before sending machine, we will test agian and again, then send client video for machine. Also, if custome have confusion, we will teach them until they can do by themselves. We have a good team for after sealing. During using, if machine has problem, also we can send spare parts to them.
