Egg tray machine used to making recycled waste paper products,such as different kinds of paper trays ,egg tray ,egg carton ,fruit tray etc.We offer both Semi-automatic machine and fully-automatic egg tray machine .

Drum-type pulp moulding machine primary comes from Europe,our company fetch in advantage technic boldly in the middle of nineties ,it gets good commentary from profession's internal as a result of its exceellent performance characteristic. On the basis of it ,our company develop and exploit products which apply to developing country .It has got good comments from customer since we lunches into market.It has higher output and better dehydraulic than reciprocating forming machine which made in China .(produce cycle is 6-7times longer than reciprocating,containing water less 20%-30%)
Pulping system
Main equipments:pulper,3m3,55kw;;vibration screen,1.8m2,4kw; consistency controller;mixer;
pulp pump,water pump,control cabinet for pulping system,etc.
Forming system
Consist of 12 pcs of forming platens and 1pc of transfering platen. Platen size:1600*400mm.
4pcs of 30-cell egg tray molds can be mounted on each forming platen(4pcs/cycle). There
are 48pcs of forming molds and 4pcs of transfering molds in total. Forming efficiency :16-18
cycles/min;equiped with vacuum auto drain system,auto cleaning system for the forming
mold, preheating system and auto control cabinet.
Drying system
Outline dimension:21000×2120×4200mm;6 layer conveying chain; heated concentratedly;
one burner with French or Italian brand. The energy for option: LPG,GAS,diesel oil. Equiped
with auto control cabinet.
Stacking system
The finsihed products will be counted and stacked automatically after drying.
Height Limit Pressor
It will press and make the products more compact after stacking so that storing and
transporting will be more convenient and cost-effective .
Subsidary Equipments
Vacuum pump,90kw,1set; air compressing system: air compressor syetem(37kw,1set),
air dryer,air filter and air storage tank.
