D type Hydrapulper/ Long Service Life Pulp Making Equipment / Paper Machines
The D series of hydrapulpers comes with a capacity of 60-370t/d.
They change the flow direction of the pulp in circular pulpers, ensuring the flow is always centripetal. Additionally, the paper pulper can improve the pulp height at the central part, and increase the number of impacts to the agitator blades from the pulp, enhancing the pulp disintegrating capacity by 30%. This series of hydrapulper pulping systems is ideal for continuous or batch disintegrating of pulp board, broke and wastepaper.

3. full set of pulp molding machines in a variety of models, including single face, four face, eight face, and twelve face options.
1.The machine will be fully pre-erected at FRIENDS workshop with complete on-machine pre-piping in order to minimize mill site erection timing.
2.The machine can be supplied with the accessories using first class components.
3.We shall provide the G.A. drawing, foundation drawing and layout drawing after receiving the advance payment.
4.We have the professional installation team to provide erection/or erection supervision, commissioning, test-run and training for customer.
The customer shall provide international flight ticket, local transportation vehicle, food, hotel accommodations and salary for our engineers.
5.Performance and Mechanical Guarantee shall be provided for 1 year from the successful commissioning.
