Pulp and Paper Equipment/ Pulp agitator
The side entry mixer comprises the impeller, mixer body, main shaft, connecting ring and bearing. It is driven using a V-belt and lubricated using a pressure washer.
This side entry agitator, known as a horizontal agitator or mixer, features a reasonable design, and is easy to maintain. It also ensures a 20-30% increase of the mixing efficiency
over traditional pulp mixing machines.

Q1: What is guarantee terms ?
A1: According to the international practice, performance and mechanical guarantee shall be for 1 year from the successful commissioning or 1.5 years from the date of bill of lading.
Q2: What is the production time ?
A2: Normally 2- 3 months, it depends on the machine type and scope of supply. But we can arrange the partial shipment according to customer’s foundation construction schedule.
Q3: Do you provide the inspection report of equipments ?
A3: Yes, we shall inspect the equipment and issue the Exworks Quality Certificate as well as the Product Inspection Report.
Q4: What is the standard packing for the machine?
A4: Normally wooden cases with fumigation. Unless otherwise specified, the equipment shall be packed in new and strong wooden cases and necessary measures shall be taken to protect the equipment from moisture, rain, rust, corrosion, shock and damages so as to make the equipment withstand repetitious handling, loading and unloading as well as long distance ocean and inland transportation.
