Rope Mop oil skimmer
The rope mop oil skimmer is mainly composed of the power station, extruder, hydraulic oil hose, oil pipeline and recovery rope for adhering to oil spills. It can carry out the recovery operations for oil spills of different viscosity in bad conditions. It is widely used for the recovery of oil spills on ocean, rivers, lakes, ponds, industrial waste and other site.
The power station operates with the hydraulic oil pump and oil delivery pump driven by diesel engine or motor; the main unit is composed of the extruding roller unit, oil collecting channel, frame, hydraulic oil hose, oil pipeline and other parts. The main is hung of the ship’s side above the water when the power station is located on the boat or shore.
Feature:
·The recovery rope is made of the lipophilic polypropylene fibers with excellent lipophilicity. After being stuck with oil, it can still have the lipophilic capacity. The specific gravity of the recovery rope is approximately 0.9, it can float on waters and move with waves and keep in touch with oil spills.
·The operating temperature for the recovery rope is between-35 and 70°C. It can recover oil spills under the ice layer.
·During the oil recovery, it can move zigzag to absorb oils between the object and floating waste without the affection of debris. It can also recover oil spills from a narrow space such as deep pit.
·The trolley and hanging extruders are available for selection, The trolley skimmer is fixed on shore or boat, using the floating guide pulley and the long recovery rope to recover the oil spills on the water surface; the hanging recovery rope is hanging on the water surface where the oil spills are located. Its operation is easy and simple. It sis adaptable to bad conditions.
