When we finished the test of diesel generator,our transporation department then will take charge
of sending the generator to the container at port of loading,with help of our excellent forwarder,
we send our generators to our customers successfully without any damage.
Warranty policy of power generator set:
Guarantee for one year or 1500 hours whichever reach first from ex-factory date.
During the guarantee period, we will provide the free easy-damageable
spare parts of diesel engine caused by our quality of production or raw material.
After expiration, we provides cost spare parts maintenance of gensets
OEM Service of power generator set:
We can provide professional OEM Service for customers.
1. Unique design and manufacture of generator according to customers requirement.
2. Customer logo printing or painting on the genset.
3. Installation and Operation manual neutral or headings can be design according to
customer requirement.
4. Full warranty cover to support customers
1. What is your warranty period?
Our payment terms is 1 year or 1500 running hours whichever comes first. But based on some special project, we can extended our warranty period.
2. Does your generator have global warranty?
Yes, most of our products like Cummins, Perkins, Doosan, Yuchai, Deutz, Volvo power generator enjoy the global warranty service. And the alternator we use like Leroysomer, Stamford, marathon also enjoy the global warranty service, so you do not need to worry about the aftersales service.
3. Can you accept OEM?
Yes, we can accept OEM.
4. What is your payment terms?
We can accept T/T 30% in advance, and the balance 70% shall be paid before shipment or L/C at sight, L/C deferred payment terms or west union.
5. What is your delivery time?
Our normal delivery time is 15-20 days. But if your order is some special engine and alternator, then the delivery time is longer.
