Light duty gantry cnc cutting machine has the same cutting ability with heavy duty cnc cutting machine, their main difference is the cutting accuracy and quality.
Light duty gantry cnc plasma cutting machine can be equipped with two plasma cutting torches to cut the same shape at the same time, largely save the working time and improve the effeciency.
Light duty gantry cnc plasma cutting machine take Thermadyne, Hypertherm and Kjellberg as its plasma power supply.
The main structure and features of light duty gantry cnc plasma cutting machine
- The beam adopts rectangle steel tube when equipped with two or more moving body and cutting torches, uses aluminum alloy tube when equipped with one cutting torch.
- The machine is equipped with gear rack, stepper motor and planetary reducer on both horizontal and vertical direction, the horizontal move adopts high precision drive rail and steel belt, can transmit stably on the same or specular direction between master-slave cutting torches.
- Crossbeam drive adopts double axis guide rail , to ensure the moving accuracy and cutting quality.
- Automatic memory function when power off or emergency stop.
- Auto alarm function when faced with a mistake or arc breaking.
- Multilanguage(English, Chinese, French, Germany, Portuguess, Spanish ect) switch on the interface.
- 10.4"(START) or 7", 17"(SJTU-SK) LCD touch screen, convenient design, easy to operate.
