Application:
This new type used sawdust briquette machine can be used in producing high quality wood
charcoal stick.
The shape can be hexagonal, quadrangular, square,etc or as customer needs, diameters are from 50-80 mm.
The final product can be used to heat boiler, fireplace, etc for warm in house.
Raw Material:
The raw material can be Sawdust, Wood chipses, Branches, Crop stalks, Sugarcane residue, Coffee husk, Paddy straw, Sunflower stalk,Cotton stalks,Bamboo dust,Palm husk,Soybeans husk, Tea waste,etc.The humidity of the raw materials is to be controlled in 8-12%.
Characteristics of used sawdust briquette machine;
1. Adopted ungrading technology, using oil-immersed alloy structure.
2. Propeller shaft and other key components made with special wear-resistant materials formulation, precision casting.
4. After the processing of High temperature, purification, smoke removing, the carbonizing
equipment transforms the semi-finished bio-fuel briquette into a smoke-free, tasteless, non-toxic cleaning carbon.
5. No binder or noxious chemical need to use.
