Composite post insulator is suitable for various area, especially filthy areas. This kind product’s anti-bending intensity is high and its performance in anti-pollution, anti-quake, anti-impulse, anti-rupture is excellent. Besides, its volume is small, weight is light, and convenient to install. Maintenance and manual cleaning is not needed. It is an alternative to porcelain post insulator.
Materials:
1) Silicon Rubber for sheds/ housing
2) Glass-fiber reinforced epoxy resin rod (ECR type) for core
3) Hop dip galvanized cast steel for metal fittings
