Automatic embossed perforating toilet paper roll making machine supplier

This equipment has been integrated with the internationally advanced PLC technology. It has variable speed adjustment and touch human-machine interface operating system. It adopts newly designed glue applicator unit which makes the gluing more uniform. It can add 1-3 colors’ water ink printing system for printing diversified fine pattern, brand which is with characters of clear and bright printing, exact overprint, high speed and stable running.
Production process:
kitchen towel: unwinding of jumbo roll--embossing --glue lamination--perforation--rewinding--trimming finished kitchen towel roll and spraying glue one it
toilet paper: unwinding of jumbo roll--embossing--perforation--rewinding--trimming finished toilet roll and spraying glue one it
1. Adopts PLC programmable controller to control the production program.
2. Paper core replacement and rewinding without stop, spraying glue and cutting paper carry through automatically and sequentially
3. The rewinding process of the product is tight first and loose afterward, with its tension adjustable.
4. Can produce paper roll with core or without core
5. Can add paper core automatically, machine stop when paper core using up.
6. Machine stop when raw paper broke.
7. Paper tension control when unwinding jumbo roll.
8. Jumbo Roll Paper is pneumatically uploaded onto machine (this machine with two jumbo roll stands)
9. From jumbo roll to cut, just need one worker to operate.

1.The seller will send one engineer for installation, start up and training on the operations in the buyer’s plant. Also, the buyer should provide all the necessary means and personnel to help on the installation and start up of the machinery.
