1. Introduction:

(2). It adopts newly designed glue applicator unit. It makes the gluing more equality.
(3). Can add 1-3 colors water ink printing system for printing diversified fine pattern, brand, with characters of clear and bright printing, exact overprint, high speed and stable running.
2. Main features :
(1). Automatic core loading and positioning. It can adjust any size of cores.
(2). Automatic trimming, gluing and sealing, it adopts international popular trimming and sealing, which can have 10-18 mm tails to facilitate to start pulling out the paper.
(3). Advanced programmable control technology.
(4). Stepless speed adjustment for unwinding roll, to ensure a stable unwinding roll.
(5). Pneumatic jumbo roll loading, automatic detection of paper break, and machine stop automatic.
(6). With high precision screwy perforation knife. With 4 perforation blades to make clear perforating, low noise. Pneumatic control, easy to guide the paper.
(7). Embossing system adpot steel roller to steel roller, steel roller to rubber roller, steel roller to wool roller, can be selected.
(8). Glue applicator:It improves the towel absorbing water function.
(9). The web can be threaded on the machine by the two jog buttons, making it more safe and easier to thread the web.
