1.  Three pass design

Better thermal efficiency than ordinary boilers, longer smoke path and higher effective utilization rate of high-temperature smoke;

2.  Water tube & Fire tube combination boiler

Combined advantages of pure fire tube and pure water tube boiler;

Water tube--- Placed around furnace, absorb combustion heat, no dust;

Fire tube---Placed in the drum, from front tube sheet to back tube plate, fully absorb the third pass heat;

3.  Spirally corrugated tube

Instead of ordinary smooth tube, enhance thermal disturbance, reduce heat

4.  Convex tube sheet

Arc-shaped plate design compared to flat plate, cancel tension diagonal, avoid tube plate cracking;

5.  Wing shape flue

Located both side of the furnace, the second pass, reduce thermal load in boiler bottom, avoid tube plate cracking. 

6. Injection Tube

Function: Improve flow speed of water cooled wall to prevent subcooled boiling.

Purpose: Prevent tube explosion, and increase the reliability of water circulation.
