Introduction
TC22A, the ultra-high frequency milli-voltage meter can measure Sine waveform voltage from 20KHz to 1000MHz band. It’s measurement capability ranges from 800µV to 10V, which measurement range can be expanded to 300V when add one divider voltage.
Features:
1. Linear scale, high accuracy measurement, no need adjusted one step by one step and self-alibration. Stable performance.
2. Measurement range can be scalable.
