Two-stage Coal Slime Crusher
Usage:
This two-stage coal slime crusher can crush high humidity coal gangue, shale, coal cinder, etc.
Specification:
Coal slime crusher is mainly composed of storage bin, transporter, high speed scattered hammer, motor, stents, etc. There is no screen cloth, no residue remained, 100% rate of finished products. Humidity and granularity of material is limitless, no matter what the shape of coal slime is, it can directly crushed.
Features:
1) The coal slime has features such as: high output, high efficiency, strong resistance to overload, fuel consumption, low drying cost.
2) Adopts fair current drying method, smoke and wet material enter into the dryer from the same side, can make used of high temperature smoke to get high evaporation intensity, the temperature of the dyer is low, and the heating efficiency is high.
3) Operating parameter may can change according to different material property, make the material can build a stable full cut fabric curtain, the heating change can be more fully.
4) Avoid the phenomenon of the cylinder dryer feeding jam, discontinuous, nonuniform, and returning charge, reduce the load of dust pelletizing system
5) This machine strengthened the cleaning and heating conducting effect of the scattered materials, avoid the phenomenon of stickiness in the cylinder body wall, it is more suitable for moisture and stickiness of the material.
6)"Zero horizontal thrust" has reduced the attrition of the riding wheel, the barrel can run stable.
7) Aligning type ridding wheel device, make the cooperation of ridding wheel and rolling ring always linear contact, thus reduced the attrition and power loss.
8) granularity and moisture of the product may regular freely according to user's demand, the moisture of the product can reach 8%, and granularity can control below 8mm.
