The machine adopts the structures of rotary and throwing out to make the material billow up and down, move left and right, in order to mix uniformly and fast. The process of the crushing and mixing machine:
The material can be fed in the crushing machine through conveyor. The crushed material can be blow into the upper hopper by fan. After crushing, start the mixer. You can add the additives from the down hopper. The additives will be lifted to the top of mixing machine through the screw conveyor in mixing machine, then the additives will through out like a umbrella, then fall around the wall of mixer to the bottom , then the material will lift by screw conveyor again, do this cycle until the material is uniform. At last, open the discharge, the final product comes out.
