When the profile reaches to the second-stage cooling table, the temperature is lowered to about 200°C. In this area, the Meta-Aramid belt is used, as the highest temperature Meta-Aramid felt can resist is 250°C.
Pursuing better anti-abrasion and longer service life, XINGKE blends the Meta-Aramid belt with some Para-Aramid fiber, which is of better performance, so as to meet the requirements from the most scrupulous customers.

Color: white, light yellow(blending with Para-Aramid fiber)
Working Temp.: 250°C for long and short time (within 15 min.)
Overall thickness: 5mm-15mm with regular products of 6mm, 8mm, 10mm
Width: 60mm-2000mm with regular products of 60mm,70mm,75mm,80mm,100mm
Length: 1,800mm~30,000mm
Density: For felt part 350g/m·mm as standard, and customized up to 500g/m.mm
