The properties are similar with those of Para-Aramid roller sleeve.
The belts are mainly used in pick-up and the first-stage cooling table. In pick-up area, the abrasion is much bigger as the transfer speed is higher, whereas it requires higher temperature resistance and strength. After numerous experiments and much research work, XINGKE produces Para-Aramid belt, which is very good in temperature resistance (500°C) and anti-abrasion (with resin treatment options it is even better), and the 3-layer scrim options enables the real endless belt to stand heavier stretch, hence the belt is competent using in the first-stage cooling table for heavy duty extruders.

Working Temp.: 200°C for long time and 500°C for short time (within 15 min.)
Overall thickness: 5mm-15mm with regular products of 6mm, 8mm, 10mm,12mm
Width: 60mm-2000mm with regular products of 60mm,70mm,75mm,80mm,100mm
Length: 1,800mm~30,000mm
Density: For felt part 350g/m·mm as standard, and customized up to 500g/m.mm
