PBO endless belt is not the necessity for every handling system. Only for those lines with large press and producing bigger irregular profiles, after the profile formed and out of the extrusion spout, cooled off through the initial area, the temperature is still quite high, and then from the run-out table to the pick-up. At this stage, the Para-Aramid belt will get quickly worn and even burnt with the high temperature and quick abrasion. In such occasion, PBO endless belt becomes a better choice. Despite the higher cost, the service life of PBO belt is much longer than that of the Para-Aramid one, and this will lower down the cost by break of work for change-over. Therefore, from the view of performance price ratio, esp. shortening of production lead time, PBO belt still wins off.
Technical Data:
Color: pure brown or surface brown and yellow underneath
Working Temp.: 550°C for long time and 600°C for short time (within 15 min.)
Overall thickness: 4mm-12mm with regular products of 3+5mm, 3+7mm
Length: 1,800mm~25,000mm
Density: 400g/m·mm as standard, and customized up to 550g/m.mm
