1. Application of Bucket Elevator
Bucket Hoist /elevator Conveyor designed for vertical transportation powder, granular materials and small block and grinding of small materials, such as: coal, cement, stones, sand, clay, ore and so on. or other industries of dry mortar for construction, chemistry and foodstuff.
It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, mine, grain and vegetable oil, food, fodder, plastic and medicine etc.Usually, a vertical bucket elevator consists of head section with driving pulley, elevator boot (down section)with take-up pulley, elevator casing, driving device with back stop.
2. Advantage of Bucket Elevator
The bucket hoist conveyor has the advantages of big conveying capacity, high hoisting height,stable and reliable running and long service life. The machine is applicable for the crushed materials, and block materials, such as coal, cement, block,sand, clay and ore. The bucket elevator is allowed to convey materials with hightemperature when armed with special circle chain tructure.
