This is a new generation Pouch Packing Machine. It is very fast to change bag specifications. The width of the pouch feeder device can be adjusted by handle. Machine has detection device to make sure 100% standard packing, which effectively get rid of wasting.

Main performance & Characteristics:
- This machine is to Fill & Seal flexible pouch with particulate, powder, liquid. Assorted with liquid filling device, combination weigher, auger filler and volumetric filler can be changed easily for various kinds of packing stuff.
- Use PLC programmable system, pneumatic control system and color touch screen to form the control center, automatic adjust the filling speed. Machine has detection function to find the un-filled/ un-sealed pouches, empty bag will be reused for cost saving.
- Working positions flexible for 6 positions or 8 positions according to packaging process requirement. Normal Product Process: Giving bag -> Coding date -> Open bag ->Filling & vibrate -> Sealing -> Forming & output packages
- Tear notch device and Date coding printer can be attached.
- Machine use stainless steel (316/ 304) for excellent durability and sanitation compliance, the whole machine designed according to GMP standard.
- Equipped safely protection, comply with safety requirement.
