DXD-210 Automatic Horizontal Pouch Preformed Packing Machine combined the Pouch Picking ---> Date Code Printing ---> Pouch Opening ---> Air Blown in ---> Filling ---> Top Sealing ---> Spot Sealing, etc working process.

It is an ideal packing machine for shaped pouch filling & sealing. With the special requirements, it can count the pouch by mechanical hand & collect the pouches into carton manually.

This machine is to Fill & Seal flexible pouch with particulate, powder, liquid or viscous liquid. Multihead weigher, Auger filler, Piston filler and volumetric filler can be changed easily for different packing stuff.
Use PLC programmable system, pneumatic control system and color touch screen to form the control center.
Machine use stainless steel (316/ 304) for excellent durability and sanitation compliance, the whole machine designed according to GMP standard.
