DXD-110 Horizontal Automatic Packaging Machine contains motor film releasing, film forming, bottom sealing, vertical sealing, pouch pulling - cutting - opening - filling - transferring - top sealing. At last, the sealed pouch will be manually put into boxes or cartons. The machine has beautiful appearance, with organic glass cover can help to prevent the flowing of dust which is more environmental-friendly.
Main performance & Characteristics:
1. This machine is to Fill & Seal flexible pouch with particulate, powder, liquid or viscous liquid. Multihead weigher, Auger filler, Piston filler and volumetric filler can be changed easily for different packing stuff.
2. Use PLC programmable system, pneumatic control system and color touch screen to form the control center.
3. It can be shift to do the 3 sides and 4 sides sealing easily.
4. Machine use stainless steel (316/ 304) for excellent durability and sanitation compliance, the whole machine designed according to GMP standard.
5. Tear notch device and Date coding printer are attached with machine.
