Product Description
Main performance & Characteristics:
This machine has wide package range, such as liquid, powder, granule and solid kind materials. And the only changeover part is the measure filling devices. It is very fast to change bag specifications. The width of the pouch feeder device can be adjusted by handle. This machine with standard detection device can monitor that no filling, no sealing when filling material runs out or the pouch unopened, which effectively get rid of wasting.
- This machine is to Fill & Seal flexible pouch with particulate, powder, liquid. Assorted with liquid filling device, combination weigher, auger filler and volumetric filler can be changed easily for various kinds of packing stuff.
- Use PLC programmable system, pneumatic control system and color touch screen to form the control center, automatic adjust the filling speed. Machine has detection function to find the un-filled/ un-sealed pouches, empty bag will be reused for cost saving.
- 8 Working positions including process: Giving bag -> Coding date -> Opening bag ->Filling & vibrate -> Sealing -> Forming & output packages
- Machine use stainless steel (316/ 304) for excellent durability and sanitation compliance, the whole machine designed according to GMP standard.
- Equipped safely protection, comply with safety requirement.
