Introduction of two stage crusher jaw :
Jaw Crusher is widely used to crush various large stones, limestone, granite, basalt, river gravel, etc. Jaw crusher’s highest anti-pressure strength of material to be crushed is 320MPa. The jaw crusher is mainly used to crush hard and medium hard stones in stone mining, metallurgy industry, building material, highway, railway, chemical industry, etc.
Application of two stage crusher jaw :
HONGJI jaw Crusher(jaw-breaking for short, PE new jaw-breaking), widely used in mining, smelting, building material, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemical industry and many other departments. Working Principles of two stage crusher jaw :
The motor drives pulley of jaw crusher, making the movable jaw do periodic movement through eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and movable jaw increases when movable jaw moves up. So the movable jaw moves to the fixed jaw. The stones are crushed in this process in jaw crusher. The angle between toggle plate and movable jaw decreases when movable jaw moves down, the movable jaw moves away from fixed jaw by the pulling of rod and spring, the crushed stones are discharged from the outlet.
