How to use:
1,Fixed fusion splicer installed heating end, the fusion splicer placed on shelves, according to the heating pipe specifications required to install the corresponding die head, and Allen wrench tight, generally small in the front.
2,Put through power supply, the green light is lit, the red light goes out, said fusion splicer into automatic control state, can start operation.Note in the state of automatic temperature control, alternating red light green light will be lit by oneself, this shows that fusion splicer under control, does not affect the operation.
3,In the vertical pipe cutter to cut off the pipe material, pipe and pipe fittings at the same time without rotating promote fusion splicer die head, and operate according to the requirements of the table below, reach the heating time immediately after the pipes and pipe fittings from the die head and at the same time, rapidly without rotating linear homogeneous insert to the required depth, to form a uniform flange joint.
1, This product uses single phase three pole safety flat plug, the user may not changes the plugs, when used must be ground socket handle plugs.
2, In use process, hand and combustible cannot reach the fused hot piece of parts so as to avoid accidents.
3, Non-professional personnel products shall not be opened, and failure in safety performance of the instrument.
4, Such as the red light for a long time not jump, apparatus has malfunction, should immediately stop work, and cut off power supply.
5, Welding temperature has been adjusted when delivery from factory, non-professional personnel shall not be adjusted freely, so as not to affect the normal use of fusion splicer and life.
