----> Solid grinding & granulation process

Urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulphate, ammonium phosphate (monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, and coarse whiting, ca), potassium chloride, potassium sulfate as raw material, after grinding to a certain fineness, feed to the drum granulator (or disc granulator) with humidifying and heating together to make granulate, in the process of granulating, material in rotary drum granulator could join a small amount of phosphoric acid and ammonia, in order to improve the granulating conditions. Granulation materials by drying, sieving, cooling then come out the NPK compound fertilizer products.

Urea-based spray granulation system use urea to be the main source of nitrogen, through dissolving tank molten urea mixed with fresh material and return material in the form of shotcrete,urine is a kind of raw material, in the granulation process as liquid phase. to be agent in granulation, and provide heat, make the granulation moisture to be minimum, facilitate to make ball and the easy for drying process
