Working principle: This series of products are worked by the main motor drive pulley and the belt, through the reducer drive pinion to small gear. The small gear is fixed closely at the bottom of the big gear teeth and they work with each other.Big gear is designed with reasonable special design and installed on the main shaft that fixed on the frame adjustment plate, in order to support the overall work of granulating disc (it works natively to spray machine). With materials entering the granulating disc, through the granulating disc rotation and spray device, the materials stick together evenly and become globular particles. There is the automatic cleaning device designed in the machine granulation upper plate to prevent wall material viscosity. T hereby it greatly improves the service life of the machine. With the rotation of motor, materials are put into the machine continuously. The mass production is realized.
